The following are the rules and regulations with regards to our affiliate program. By signing up for our program you automatically agree to these rules.

Qualified affiliate. By signing up to our affiliate program we will create an affiliate account for you and you will be set to our default affiliate plan allowing you earn 2% commission on all lead sales. Your account will be already set with your unique link to promote along with some creative banners and product links. If you ever need extra images, information or support, please feel free to email us.
If you are an influential blog or will perform well delivering paying customers we can review increasing the rewards on request
Qualified Referral. A Qualified Referral is defined as a purchase made at single-speed.co.uk by a person (a "Referred Customer") who arrives to our website by clicking your referral program link. We store cookies for 30 days and even if your referral does not make the purchase immediately but within 30 days of the first visit, your rewards will be still counted in.
Referred Customer. The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address).
Referral Rewards. For you to earn referral rewards as a Referrer, the Referred Customer must complete an order. In case of returns, chargebacks, fraudulent payments, and/or insufficient stock levels rewards will be declined.
Reward Payments. Rewards are payable on 30 day rolling basis via PayPal. You can fill in your PayPal details for receiving payments on your affiliate account dashboard. As a Referrer, you are responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from Referral Rewards. Payouts are processed monthly.
No Spam. You must comply with all up-to-date “SPAM” laws. For example, emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner and bulk email distribution is strongly discouraged. Any distribution of your referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from single-speed affiliate program.
Right to Close Accounts. Deer Runner LTD reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer in attempts to use the Single-Speed Affiliate Program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.
Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms. Deer Runner LTD reserves the right to cancel the Affiliate Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion.
